Oracle has also recently conducted and extensive study, Workplace APAC 2021, in collaboration with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), focusing on uncovering emerging trends in technology and organizations. The study unveiled viewpoints and insights from more than 55 CHROs/Heads of HR from marquee organizations across India, Australia, New Zealand & ASEAN - Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines, discussing some of the most pressing priorities faced by growing organizations in APAC today, their readiness to deal with the issues, and the outlook of the post-pandemic scenario. We came across novel ways organizations have been dealing with the pandemic, accelerating change through technology and navigating organizations into newer horizons.
